Holiday Décor & Lighting
The main seasonal catalog and the one most conversations start from: roofline lighting, tree and shrub wraps, garland, wreaths, bows and commercial decor.

by NeedLitesA lit building reads from further away than any sign you can buy. We install, service and remove holiday lighting for Cincinnati-area businesses.
Commercial work has different constraints from a house, and most of them are about timing and access. Installs get scheduled around your trading hours, deliveries and parking. Anything over a walkway gets certified rigging. Anything that has to come down fast comes down fast.
Beyond roofline lighting we hold a catalog that goes well past strands: oversized ornaments, statement pieces, fiberglass displays, animatronics, and pre-lit and pre-decorated trees, wreaths and garland at commercial scale. Most of it is not something you can order and receive in November, which is the real argument for talking in summer.
What is included
Early mornings, nights and shoulder seasons. The work happens when your customers are not there.
Designs built to the building and to your brand, whether that means understated warm white or something deliberately loud.
Design, install, in-season maintenance, takedown and off-season storage, priced together.
A single storefront through to a multi-building campus or a retail center, using the same crews and the same materials.
Lobbies, atriums and staircases: trees, garland and greenery installed and then removed when the season ends.

Catalogs
Published by The Decor Group, the franchisor for both brands. These open in the Issuu reader in a new tab.

The main seasonal catalog and the one most conversations start from: roofline lighting, tree and shrub wraps, garland, wreaths, bows and commercial decor.

Large-format lit displays for commercial frontage, HOA entrances, streetscapes and civic spaces. FDS pieces are handmade in Italy.

Sculptural fiberglass pieces and scenes: the centerpiece items for retail, resorts and municipal work.

Moving display pieces for high-traffic commercial and public installations, where the crowd stops and takes a photograph.
Questions
Earlier than feels necessary. Design and booking start in late summer and the popular November and December dates go first. By the time most people start thinking about it, the choice is not which date you want but which dates are left. Booking early also means more room to customize the design, because there is time to order anything that is not already in the warehouse.
Installation runs from October through December. Installing in October does not mean the lights are on in October. Everything goes in and is left on a timer that you tell us when to start. Getting the physical work done in mild weather is better for the crew and better for the install.
Yes, and both are included in the price rather than charged separately. We remove everything in January and store your display through the year, labeled, so the following season starts with a phone call instead of a fresh design.
Call and we come out and fix it. In-season service is part of what you have paid for, not a call-out charge. This is most of the practical difference between a professional install and doing it yourself: in December a dark section is our problem.
For holiday lighting the display stays ours and is stored between seasons, which is why the price covers the whole cycle and why the materials are commercial grade rather than something priced to be thrown away. Permanent lighting and landscape lighting are the opposite: those are installed systems that belong to the property.
